Custom Timing Belt Pulleys

Timing pulleys are used for various purposes in motion transfer applications, including increasing or decreasing speed and transferring rotary motion from one shaft to another. Custom Broaching Sleeves & Flanged Bushings (Spline Shaft Couplings)

We offer mating broached sleeves and flanged bushings for our spline shafts. These components improve torque transfer efficiency while being able to slide on a spline. Our custom broaching capabilities enable us to match these products to a customer’s spline components.

Custom Heat Exchanger Tubes & Drums

Our heat exchanger tubes and drums are splined or fluted for increased surface enhancement or reduced liquid surface tension. They can also be formed over hardened mandrels to achieve different exterior or interior forms.

The cold forming process at Grob Inc. involves passing the material through a series of rollers at room temperature. There are many advantages to using it to manufacture our products. For example, the mechanical stresses the material experiences during the process gradually shape it into the desired form and alters its structure. Since the process displaces the material rather than cutting it to form the desired components, it also minimizes the amount of waste produced.
